Alice Wong, DAc, RAc, BN, RN
​
Alice is a Registered Acupuncturist (RAc) with nearly 30 years of practical Traditional Chinese Medicine experience. She received her Doctorate in Acupuncture (DAc) after a comprehensive 4000+ hour apprenticeship with Dr. David Chu and successful first attempt at the licensing exam in 1999. She has trained with many well-known acupuncturists from around the world, and has specialty certification in : Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture (FRA), pediatric acupuncture, and NADA detoxification. Alice actively attends educational conferences to keep current with advances in acupuncture research and treatment.

Alice has been an active part of acupuncture regulation in Alberta. She is an Examiner for the Alberta Provincial Acupuncture exam. She has also been in the capacity of a number of important committees involving registration, training program reviews, and discipline hearings.
Alice has a Bachelor of Nursing degree (BN) from the University of Calgary, and continues to be a Registered Nurse (RN). The College & Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta officially recognizes acupuncture as part of Alice's independant nursing practice.

Alice provides a balanced approach by combining her knowledge of Western medicine and Traditional Chinese medicine.
