• Shortness of breath

• Runny nose

• Sore throat

• Nausea/vomiting/diarrhea

• Feeling unwell

When you arrive:

The clinic has been sanitized and social distancing will be observed. Upon entering, please use hand sanitizer.   Masking is no longer mandatory, but please wear a mask if you answered yes to a screening question.
